We collect information provided directly by merchants when establishing their Business Passport profiles, connecting CRM lead pipelines, or requesting custom studio builds. We never monetize, sell, or rent merchant commercial data.

2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

All multi-tenant SaaS systems engineered by Ziilink AI enforce strict schema separation and Prisma tenant isolation middleware to ensure client records and commercial activities remain completely segregated.

3. AI & RAG Architecture

When utilizing our agentic AI solutions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) processes rely only on explicitly provided documentation chunks. Zero client data is used to train public foundational models.
