1. Platform Services & Scope
Ziilink AI designs, develops, and operates multi-tenant software platforms and custom AI infrastructure for physical commerce. All custom builds proceed under strict, approved specifications before engineering commences.
2. Business Passport & Commercial Data
Merchants maintain full ownership of their commercial credentials, catalogs, and business profiles registered through the Ziilink Business Passport system. Information published to the public network is displayed with verified trust signals without opaque scoring algorithms.
3. Studio Guarantee & Delivery
Every client project ships under the Ziilink Studio Guarantee: complete alignment on written specs, approved timelines, and 100% functional delivery before final handoff. Any adjustments identified mid-build are documented and agreed upon.
